15Hatfields first dedicated events venue to be shortlisted for Cateys' Sustainable Business Award
We are thrilled to announce that 15Hatfields is the first dedicated business meetings and events venue to be shortlisted for the Cateys' Sustainable Business Award.
The Cateys are The Caterer magazine's industry awards for recognising hospitality's most talented individuals, resilient brands and strongest performers. This is the first time that a conference venue has secured a coveted place on the Sustainable Business Award’s shortlist since the category was added in 2009, and we are honoured that our innovative practices have been recognised.
Sustainability is at the heart of every decision made at 15Hatfields. From our humble beginnings in 2008, every element of our events venue on London's South Bank has been chosen with the environment in mind, from our furnishings made from recycled materials through to our zero-food waste policy and our recent pledge to eliminate single-use plastics from our venue.
In addition to offering the ideal venue for all kinds of events, we also proactively assist other businesses in embedding sustainability into their daily practices. We advise on how to run sustainable events by sharing the exceptional knowledge that we have gathered through operating for over a decade.

The winners of the Cateys across 22 categories will be announced at a ceremony at Grosvenor House in London on 7 September 2021.
