Q: What packages are available for booking an event at 15Hatfields?
Depending on what type of event/meeting you are holding, 15Hatfields can offer Daily Delegate Rates (DDR) or you can use us on a ‘room hire basis’. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

Q: How much space comes with the DDR, are breakout rooms extra?
Our venue is designed to be flexible so we can split your main room to create breakouts from your allocated space however we understand on occasion extra space is needed so you may hire additional space at reduced rates if required.


Q: Is AV included in our prices?
Audio visual equipment is included in all our daily delegate rates (DDR).  We offer videoconferencing and webcasting facilities for an additional cost.


Q: What is the capacity for 15Hatfields?

15Hatfields can hold up to 550 people for a standing reception. Please have a look on our floor plan for further details on our specific room capacity.

Q: Can I use my laptop / iPad at 15Hatfields?
We supply free Wi-Fi for all our delegates so that you can use your own laptop,
iPad or iPhone or any other platforms. We also provide laptops with hardwire internet that can be used for speakers and presentations.
 
Any platform can be used on our AV system, as long as it has VGA connection or adaptor to convert to VGA.


Q: Can we use a different catering company than your preferred supplier?
Being part of the CIEH we have extremely stringent procurement and supply policies to follow. We therefore prefer to use our own catering suppliers for all events. If you need anything out of the ordinary, just let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you. We have a wide range of menu options available, that you can view here.


Q: Can 15Hatfields cater for special dietary requests?
We can cater for all types of special dietary needs; simply advise us at least 24 hours prior to your event with details of the special dietary. In addition, 40% of all our menus are vegetarian. 


Q: Do 15Hatfields offer free room set-up the night before?
We offer free room set up the evening before (as long as we do not have any other events) from between 5.00-6.00pm until 7.30pm. If you require more time an additional charge will be made


Q: Can we have our event material delivered to 15Hatfields prior to our event?
15Hatfields is happy assist you in storing your event material. Courier your event collateral to us the day before and we will store it free of charge for you.


Q: Is 15Hatfields DDA compliant? ( Disability Discrimination Act 1995)
15Hatfields is fully DDA compliant. We have a Stannah stair lift at our main entrance and provide two entrances/exits for wheel chair users as well as a hearing loop.
